Our founder and my father Louis "Lou" Mazzuchelli, passed away on Saturday Nov 15, 2025. He started Nationwide Lien & Recovery, Inc in 1990. Through the years he has helped many of you with your collections and sought his advice. He has entrusted his "baby" to me and I am honored to carry on the family business in his honor.

WE HAVE A LIEN PROCESS IN PLACE FOR VEHICLES! ​

When submitting your vehicle lien, a VR-100 will be emailed/mailed to you only if the vehicle is 7 years or newer. The VR-100 will need to be notarized and the original returned to us.

SEPTEMBER 13, 2024

OUR OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED SEPTEMBER 16 - 20TH. YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO FILE A LIEN ONLINE AND IT WILL BE PROCESSED UPON OUR RETURN.

SEPTEMBER 10, 2024,

MVA had a change of a policy and procedure which is causing significant delays in processing title work for all liens. We here at LienIt | Nationwide Lien & Recovery, Inc., make it a point to get your titles as fast as possible however when there is a pivot of a 20+ year policy and procedure, things grind to a halt.

On top of the change of policy and procedure, MVA management is currently training a replacement for the outgoing mechanic's lien clerk. This also will contribute to delays of your title work processing. If you have any questions, please contact us at the number and email below. ​

There are no issues or concerns with filing liens on boats or PWC.

MVA IS NOW REQUIRING A VR-100 TO BE NOTARIZED UPON YOUR TITLE WORK'S DELIVERY TO MVA.

 

YOUR TITLE WORK WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THIS DOCUMENT IS RECEIVED BY US. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE. ALL DOCUMENTS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AS WE ARE MOVING TO PAPERLESS INVOICING.
